Working with another SPAC raising $175 million in the logistics & technology sectors raising $7.5 million of risk capital and consulting on issues including financial & brokerage matters.

Chairman of Enverde Ventures, LLC a private equity group of investors investing in risk capital and related opportunities and is one of the primary risk capital participants in CO2ET as well.

Served in multiple companies over the last 40 years as a founder, board member, investor & as a management team member.

Has an extensive list of former companies covering a multitude of different industries: Advertising & Media, Investment Brokerage, Real Estate Finance & Development, Energy & Green Waste along with several investment advisory & brokerage companies.
